Digital Welbeing Widget Glitch

I'm experiencing an issue where the widget keeps showing incorrect usage times. It's 8:17 am and it says I've been using Spotify for 15hours today. When you click into it and open the app it shows the correct data - only the widget is confused. 

I've tried clearing its cache and deleting all data but the same issue persists.

Spotify evennruns when you don't even use it, it's known to be a battery killer.

I take it the clock is also a known battery killer!
