Beta for the S21 series has apparently started rolling out in South Korea, https://www.sammobile.com/news/galaxy-s21-android-14-one-ui-6-0-beta-update-released/

Tab s9 series should get it soon or already have it, if it's being rolled out on tab series, s22 is coming out at the same time as s21, which has started in South Korea so it should start soon everywhere else
