Hey, I am suffering with the same issue of the secure folder. Update won't now let me access the Secure content, no option to reset password, and that support can do is ask me reset the password. They don't seem to understand that the option to reset password is no longer available, and even if we're, how would changing a known, valid and working (before update) password help, when the password is not accepted.
And worse still is that you can't backup the app or it's data using the backup restore options.
I know that at this rate, I'm not going to buy a Samsung mobile device, and I will tell my family, friends, work colleagues of the challenges I face with Samsung.
