AUIE OCTOBER Android Security update U.K.

This latest release is the 18th for the Global, Exynos, S21 series and is currently being rolled out by Samsung only 23 days after the September update, AUHD.

 

This update is for device security.

 

Initially, as always, this is a staged roll out to the non-carrier branded, stock Samsung CSC codes first.

 

This looks to be a fast roll-out with over 20 countries already released.

 

The Galaxy S21 Global, Exynos, devices that will receive this update are...

• S21 5G model SM-G991B
• S21+ 5G model SM-G996B
• S21 Ultra 5G model SM-G998B
  This latest release replaces the previous G99*BXXU3AUHD build.

   

  It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you can check... Settings > Software update... to see if it is available for you. Alternatively, you can connect to the Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch and check via that.

The AUIE October Android Security update is now available for stock, (Non carrier branded),  Samsung S21 devices in the U.K. with CSC code BTU.

No news, so far, on the following U.K. carrier branded devices and CSC codes...

I confirm that i have  received the security patch for the S21 Ultra  OTA .   Apparently a digital key feature in South Korea https://newsupdate.uk/samsung-galaxy-s21-update-will-let-users-unlock-cars-with-phones-report/South ...

Got mine yesterday (checked).
Samsung are really great with the updates for this phone(s21 ultra).
I also have pixel 5, mi 11 LTE and Poco f3,and the mi 11 LTE and pocos updates are near none existent 🙄.
