Secure Folder...No Forgot Password option

How can I reset my Secure Folder PIN when no Forgot Password/PIN options appears and it keeps just timing me out? So frustrating. Using a Samsung S20 FE 5G mobile.

Hi, if you enter an incorrect password those options should appear.

Unfortunately not. No options appears...I just get timed put (now at 25 minutes between attempts)

Hmm OK, go to settings, apps, secure folder and clear data and cache, then try to log in. Hopefully the forgotten password prompt will now show up.

Thank you for trying to help....but still no luck. Now I've to wait 60 minutes till my next attempt.

You're welcome, that's what we're here for. Do you ever clear the system cache on your phone? This is advisable after updates. Hopefully you have a PC to connect your phone to. Here's a link but Here's the important bit.
When on the menu for clearing system cache, use the buttons to move to repair apps and tap the power button.
