Hello,
Has anybody else had an issue where there Samsung S20 over heats and then gets to the point where you are unable to touch it?
I have had an incident where the phone was getting that hot I was not able to touch the handset and then it later on resulted in the phone battery exploding and filling my house with fumes from the battery, this has ended up in burn marks on the surface on the screen, damage to the camera and the back on the phone being blown off due to the impact of the battery exploading. The phone got hot enough to melt a biro pen. The handset was not plugged in and was sat on a hard surface and the device has never had any physical damage or water damage. The phone is just under 7 months off.
Samsung had inspected the device and suggested that it was damage that was self inflicted however I know for a fact that it was not.
Has anybody had this or a similar issue. All information is helpful while we escalate this situation.
Thank you all for your time and replies regarding this.
Kindest Regards
