After recent update OneUI 5.1 in Feb 2024 (UK), the phone keeps crashing and restarting, and battery is draining super fast.
Wiping the cache partition DID NOT help.
Any help please?
When is the next update please?

I would suggest backing up your data and doing a full factory reset, failing that, may need to be booked in for repair

@Members_zd7xORs: Further to the above, please head to Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud > Backup data, then follow the on-screen prompts. Tap the Back button, and do the same for 'Google Drive', and you're good to go. If you wanted some added peace of mind, you can back up your data to a home computer using Smart Switch.

To begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S20 Ultra using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, click on the 'Backup' tab, and follow the on-screen instructions. For further guidance, please refer to the steps in the link below.

I'm having the same issues with my S20 FE 5G. 😥

OK, restoring to factory settings seems helped to solve the problem with crashing and restarting, so far so good.
HOWEVER, it took so much effort and time to restore all back that if this problem happens again, I'm not sure I will stay with Samsung.
