S20 fe 5g sim card problem

Hi everyone I would like to know why my Samsung galaxy s20 fe 5g keeps saying sim not inserted in sim slot one cause I have two sim cards in cause my phone doesn't recognise either sim unless I put two sims in together so I have and sim 1 slot keeps saying sim not inserted just does it over and over again and I tried factory resetting it last11 night didn't help is it the phone or the card holder any help is appreciated

Have u tired taking sim out and seeing if there any dort on the card or sim tray?

Maybe just look any dirty around it can happen .

Yh tried the sims In other phones work fine it doesn't even recognise a SD Card either

Hmm that's well odd maybe get in contact with samsung very tricky what could be happening

Yh I've ordered a new sim card holder I'm gonna see if that helps afterwards
