Latest software update not downloading

Help needed. The latest software update 5.1 is "downloading" except it is not actually doing anything other than keep taking me back to the download screen. No progress has been made and my only option is to pause download. 

I have cleared the cache, deleted unused applications, optimised the phone, restarted it and the same issue. Arggg.. 

Help, how do I get the software update!

@pinkone: If you're unable to complete the update via Wi-Fi then I recommend trying Smart Switch on your home computer. To begin with, please download the relevant version by following the link below and clicking on 'How do I get Smart Switch on my PC or Mac?':

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your phone using your USB cable and look for an update prompt on the Home screen, next to your device details. Let me know how you get on.
