First I'd suggest to run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app @Apakat
If that does not highlight anything then use Safe Mode > Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
There is a colour panels test option by typing *#0*# in your phone dialer.
Ultimately you may need to let a Samsung Service Centre assess the phone.

Funilly enough I also have the green speck looks like someone squished a speck of advocado on my screen .What a strange one so I'm not the only one !
