Hi...

ive just bought a S10 here in germany via this special offer from Media Markt/Saturn.

So, the catch is to buy the smartphone until Dec., 22nd - done, and register it until Jan., 7th - dunno......the parcel is sent and on its way but since on the holidays all postal services are closed and it s not sure if the new smartphone will arrive at Jan., 7th.! So, no chance or does the order confirmation and payment suffice to prove it....to get the BUDS?

[cant send any support-ticket, since the form just replies with "Tried to send data without session." 😞 ]

My advice is to enter in advance (If possible). Even if you don't have all the information - You will be registered timely and can follow up on the registration once the final information gets in.

thanks for the hint, but i already tried this, thats why im here.

the contact-form demands all infos and i cant provide the IEMI and serial number as of now 😕
