Galaxy S10 - vibration when the phone restarts

I've searched the threads here but I couldn't find the right answer. Nothing worked for me.

Is there a way to disable that vibration when I restart or turn my phone off?

They have done that ever since. I never heard about someone disabling that. I think that there is no option
