Korea version phone not get beta version nor able to use samsung pay in uk

As my korea version phone not able to get beta version and samsung pay not working in uk and samsung service center told me not able to change csc code so not able to use full functionality

@jayajaym Hello, that's correct, you won't be able to use Samsung Pay with CSC from another country in the UK. But you could use Google Pay, as a digital payment method. Greetings.

Ok fine but what about beta version 13 android that also not allow
