You are not alone, I am looking at the exact same issue since I've updated to Android 11 (S20 FE 5G here). I actually cleared the cache partition and ran the app optimization again after noticing this, but still no usage is being reported. I also remember seeing the graph work at the beginning (after the update), so not sure what happened. I've seen reports of this elsewhere as well: https://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-note-20-note-20-ultra/1017960-battery-usage-graph-d...

EDIT: maybe it helps if we all report this in the error section (or whichever section is more appropriate), I already have and I've attached a screenshot as well.

Cheers.

Same here. It was working after the update and just stopped working yesterday.

it's to do with the date / new year, if you set the date to 8th Jan everything comes back, but once correct date Info goes again.

hopefully will be sorted within next week

very poor by Samsung to miss this out in testing tbh

Thank you - that worked.  I found that i could move the date back if it was kept on manual date setting. Kept the 7 day history (or 3 out of 7 days), but the projected battery life started at the right-most side of the screen. Was able to put back into auto date/time after.

Wondering if Samsung will just wait until 1/8, when it looks like it will clear up, lol.

Thanks for the solution!

OK, same story with my Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G phone. Looks like the guys who took care of 2K problem are not yet retired and still cracking jokes ) And yes, Happy New Year to everyone!

This worked for me as well. I charged my phone after doing this (I was down to 20% anyways) and I got the graph. I haven't had much reason to use the phone until now so no app usage is really showing yet, not really worried about that.

But what I did notice even without a graph so far is that I'm losing a lot more battery percentage overall. Over night on OneUI 2.5 I used to lose 3% max, using bixby routine to set airplane mode on between midnight and 8am. Last night I lost 6% and afterwards the battery just drained so quickly, I lost 4-5% just writing some error reports in the samsung members app for maybe around 15-19 minutes. Also noticing some lag in the haptic response on the samsung keyboard. I dunno, battery taking a hit for me in oneui 3.0, really not a fan of this. Maybe it needs time to "re-learn" usage and optimize the battery or something, just like when I got this phone (S20 FE 5G), battery life seemed pretty horrible at first and it got really good after tweaking settings and some time.

I fixed the problem just going to the Settings and setting manually the date in the future, like Jan 12th. Checked the battery screens, yes, the chart is back to normal! Restored the date setting back to Automatic, and since then the battery screens show properly everything, like charts, last seven days etc. Go figure. Might be some bug in initializing the app on the 1st day of the year.

UPDATE: sorry, this fix is not permanent! Just checked Device Care, and the battery info is empty again. OK, waiting for Samsung to take care of it.
