Amazon Music Download

Hi. 

Purchased and downloaded a tune from Amazon Music this evening with the intention of using it as a ringtone. However, search as I might I can't find it on my phone anywhere. I've tried the advice from James4578 as below but no joy. I've looked in the Amazon Music app though in settings and looked for Storage option but strangely that is greyed out and won't let me access the storage location. This may well have something to do with it I'm thinking. Help please?

Have you looked on your myfiles app @KillieSpain 

A friend at work was having the same issue and ended up using zedge.com instead to get the song.

I ended up going on to the Amazon Music desktop site at my work and emailed the tune to myself and now have it set as the ringtone. I'll bear this in mind. Thanks BoB and Starboy1. 😚
