Hello!

How can I make copy of all data from phone SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9 SM-N960FD 128GB  ?

This message appeared after updating the phone via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/ which was recommended by Samsung technical support.

May be I can do it from recovery menu?

Error:

“Verification failed

Unable to restart your device. The integrity verification has failed. You need to reset your device to factory default settings. This will erase all your data.”

Looking online, do you have your Samsung account connected to your phone? Like logged in? The Samsung find your mobile team may be able to help you unlock it, I found this last fourm post about it
