I bought this Note 20 ultra in Feb 2020, recently I was on holiday and dropped it. The screen cracked which required a replacement. Anyway, I understand that it has gone over 3 years that my phone would be out of warranty. I am a pretty handy when it comes to electronics, so I decided to replace the screen myself. Upon doing so, I realised that, a fresh phone from new should not have an internal screw that is fully 'rounded off'. On top of that, it should not come with markings and initials on certain pieces that have been assembled into the phone. This made me realise that this was a refurbished phone, I paid full whack for this phone. I am not happy at all.
