Note 9, How to use a DAC dongle and set up the mobile

Hi . I have a note 9 and wired DAC which i have plugged into the USB C. I get no sound through the in ear headphones. Do I need to change any settings on the mobile to get this to work as i'm hoping to get Tidal. thanks David

If you're referring to Hi-Res audio/ 24 bit, I'm not sure if this method will work, @Members_1qRFH5z. The phone will be running the app as intended and I don't think Tidal will be able to bypass this to recognise the DAC based on the specifications of the phone. If this isn't what you mean, please let me know.

Have you turned on developer mode? I think there's a setting where it allows you to bypass audio to USB c check there!
