@pass12: To show the details of callers who aren't in your contacts, please open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Caller ID & Spam Protection > On. If the issue is persistent for all incoming calls, including your contacts, please try heading to Settings > Apps > Phone > Permissions, and make sure that Contacts is 'Allowed'. Similarly, head to Apps > Contacts > Permissions, and make sure Call Logs and Phone are 'Allowed'. Let me know if this helps.

Also give you your Network Customer services department a call to ensure Caller Line Identification is activated on your phone.

As a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens @pass12

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Of your settings are all correct your network provider may need to push through a sim refresh. This seems to be happening a lot lately especially for people who have moved from a payg to paym or changed sim as part of an upgrade
