American Express App

I have a Note 20 ultra 5G. Since mid October 2023 the Amex app has proved incompatible and has lost most functionalities. 

I have re registered 12 times with Amex, in order for the app to work for just two days, then it breaks again. 

From what Amex tells me, I have deduced that I'M THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD WITH THIS PROBLEM and they say there's nothing they can do. 

Am I REALLY all alone in this?
