Why am I not receiving software updates for Samsung Galaxy A04s?

I don't suppose anyone knows when the next software update will be available on Samsung Galaxy A04s? As the last update I received was in 1st of June 2023.

Hi @thejl22  was that the security update, your device is set to receive them quarterly and you should be on Android 13. https://security.samsungmobile.com/workScope.smsb

Hi @JAMES4578 yes I'm on Android 13 have been for the last few months now but just wondering when the next one is due?

Your Device will be eligible for Android 14,currently in Beta testing. Not likely to be till next year for your Device,premium Devices are first in line.
