Over the last couple of days I have been unable to upload photos from my A51 to Windows 10 laptop by using the USB cable. Don't know if the problem lies with the PC or the phone. When I connect the USB from the phone to the laptop it recognises that there are photos to upload and seems to be working. When it reaches a crazy amount of approx. 560 photos it stops and I cannot even click on "cancel" - it just stays on the screen. When I take the USB cable out still nothing happens and I have to close the page. When I then go back into the photos App on the laptop, sure enough no new photos have appeared.
