Sound quality via Bluetooth became terrible on Samsung a52

I was casually listening to music with my Bluetooth earphones but suddenly sound turned down in quality for some reason. It's like songs were recorded on some old recorder. It doesn't look like earphones problem. It can be fixed by restarting the phone, but the problem returns in some time. How can I fix that?

Radio signals never alter much so it's either the wireless headphones firmware or software you are using to stream the audio data. So update each to make sure all is compatible.
