Slow Internet

We have fibre Internet with a download speed of 530+ meg. I am getting between 0 and 12 meg at my phone (A12). 

Any ideas to resolves this please? My OS is updated as of November this year.

All the internet providers are updating signals and towers so you will get slowdown till upgrades are completed some areas have a internet blackout when works are getting carried out

Thanks. The Internet is no problem at the router, or with my wife and my laptops, streaming tv etc. but my phone keeps slowing to snail's pace. I'm in France btw.

Have you got metal gerders in your house or mesh in walls that can also slow speeds other wise it could have been a bad update

None of those. The walls are stone and 74cm thick, though! The internal wifi within the house is fine, it's just the Internet. I'll try the update again. Cheers.
