Silent mode turns off after a phone call

On my Samsung A54 I turn on the silent (Vibrate) mode. So the calls are on vibrate. But, after a make or receive a phone call, I see that the silent mode is off and it had switched to Sound mode. It does that every time. How can I fix this?

@Panic Mechanic: Please head to Settings > Modes and routines > Routines, and check to see if you have a routine set up that might enable Sound mode after using the Phone app. 

For instance: IF - Incoming call, THEN - Sound mode and volume, Sound.

Unfortunately no. No modes or routines are set. Except for the Sleep mode (by default).
