Hi, I have a very irritating and probably unique problem with my Samsung Galaxy A54 and I would really appreciate your help. It's still on the first ever version of system made for it, but if I try to search for a software update, it doesn't find any, despite the fact that for this phone are released around 4 updates if I remember correctly. Even in Security and privacy in settings I get a suggestion to update my phone. I tried many things:
And no result. I didn't try to flash the stock rom using Odin or Heimdall, because I don't want to risk bricking my phone or lose the warranty, so this method is out of discussion. Does anyone have this problem (not necessary with my phone model, it can be any Samsung phone that was not released too long ago)? Do you have any other ideas on how to solve this problem?

Maybe I'll try to send the phone back under warranty, because if my theory is right, it's a real problem and the seller shouldn't have received phones (or hopefully only one phone, the one I got) that have testing firmware on them from whoever they bought them.

I have the same problem.
Could you please check my device?

Exactly the same problem, no patches since February. My config is identical to what I see in your screenshot. Last days the phone asked to update it several times, but no updates are found.

Sorry for the late update. I went to a Samsung authorized service and they flashed my phone. That solved the problem and I'm on the latest version of the software. I even received an update today. I also originally posted threads on Android Forums: https://androidforums.com/threads/samsung-galaxy-a54-cant-find-system-updates.1349192 and XDA Forums: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/samsung-galaxy-a54-cant-find-system-updates.4618405/, in case you want to see the discussions and other problems people have.

Hmm, this is weird. The baseband version ends in AWB8, while the build number ends in AWB7. The build number should end with your exact baseband version. I think the only fix would be to go to a Samsung service and get your phone flashed with the latest firmware. It's free if you still have your warranty.

Thank you for your update and detailed explanation. This is very helpful as I am not that deep in this. I figure out where the next authorized samsung service is. I have the phone ~6 month, hopefully they can fix it. Will update here if anything new, takes some time.

I'm glad I could help. Don't worry, if flashing the phone creates more problems or even brick it (not likely, but still possible), or if they can't flash for some reason, they will be forced to give you a new phone, or maybe try to fix it again until they succeed (although not for a long time, I guess they don't want to keep their customers on hold for too long, that wouldn't be good for them).
You said your config is identical to what I had before getting my phone fixed. Can you please send a screenshot with the software information? I'm asking for it because after hours and hours of researching I couldn't find anywhere someone that had the exact same problem and I really want to make sure I'm not alone with it.

Oh, I meant the screenshot from User Rxb (the Software overview). This is exactly my config, so maybe different to your scenario. I am unsure how to proceed, as there seems no support center in my city. Not happy to send it in.

Did you check for the support center on your country version of the Samsung website? It's unusual not to have at least one center. I mean, there is one even where I live, and I live in a city far from being big/popular.
