Hey folks, recently a family member of mine purchased an A15 and the call quality is lets just say horrible. When their getting a call the person on the other end says they can hardly hear my family member talking. Any suggestions please?

First run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything @UNKNOWNUSERNAME 

Also does this issue happen in one place or everywhere  ? 🤔 

Does this happen with a particular contact or all contacts. 

This could be a network mast issue or a network issue and not the phone. 

Maybe test the sim card in another phone as a troubleshooting step. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess the phone.

hi there, thank you for ur response. The issue only occurred on the a15 because they used to have an a12 and it was ok. i think it happens to most contacts but whrn i phone them its ok, (we're both on the same network, (EE). I will try the diagnostic test later.
