Hi @sunshineDaisy

I'm sorry to hear your experiencing issues with your phone. πŸ˜”

There are indeed some troubleshooting steps you can try.

May I suggest the following.

  • Ensure all your apps in the Playstore and Samsung Galaxy Store and your phone's software is up to date.
  • If you have any apps downloaded via apk files themn consider deleting them.
  • Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
  • Run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
  • Back up and factory reset is a very last resort.
  • A Samsung Service Centre can assess the phone.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@Abdullah9: When using power intensive apps such streaming apps and games, especially over prolonged periods, your device may temporarily heat up due to increased battery consumption and processing. This is expected, and should only be of concern if a warning message appear, or if the device shuts down.
