I am hoping someone can help. I recently changed from A20e to A13. I transfered all my info over with smart switch. Once completed I found that Samsung pass and Samsung pay/wallet are no longer on this A13 phone.
I wouldn't mind but the pass had all my passwords saved in it. The Samsung pay doesn't work either, it's annoying but I am using curve, Samsung plus, so that's not so much of a problem.
Does anyone know why they don't work, after all it's still a Samsung phone.
