Hi I have a Samsung A52 5g and reasonably happy, but, I have trouble hearing the caller, and sometimes happen when I make a call. After a few moments, their voice breaks up and I can barely hear what they're saying. Occasionally, on speaker, the sound seems to jump from the top to bottom and back again and so on... I've tried phoning and receiving calls on WhatsApp, but after 5 minute intervals, it cuts out and I have to press the on button to reconnect, and after maybe 20 minutes it cuts out every minute, which is very frustrating. I am reluctant to send the phone back to Sky, as their technical dept doesn't seem very good(sorry Sky), or is there any help available from Samsung? Is there anything I can try to help sort this problem with setting etc?
