Hallo,
One month ago I bought a new phone for my mum, the a33. Yesterday it randomly started to make sound/white noise for a few seconds, and then it stops for like 2 minutes or so, and then it starts making the noise again. Also, when i play sound (youtube) i only hear white noise.
This problem makes it unable to call with the phone.
I have searched around on the internet and tried soft reset/restart, boot in safety mode, checked if apps could be the problem, but nothing resulted in a fix.
The only solution i have not tried is to hard reset the phone, but i only want to do that if there is no other possible way.
I also want to understand what the problem is, as a read that 'it is a software bug', but hard resetting, reinstalling and updating everything to the latest version, would bring the phone back in the same state as it is now and so, in my oppinion would not help.
Does someone have a solution for this and a reason why this happend
