Phone Update

Has anyone found a fix for the phones that stopped working couple weeks ago affer the update?

It would help other members to offer their option if you say what device model you have so someone can help you.

Also if it worked after an update and stopped couple of weeks after it not likely to be the update

Hi good day Samsung A23. It updated May 3rd then the screen started to go crazy showing lines and got white. Shut down the next morning.

I'm going to guess that you're based somewhere in the Caribbean and experiencing the same issue as the folks in this thread: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-a-series/a23-not-starting-after-latest-update/m-p/9811971 . If so, best advice is to contact your local Samsung Support (https://www.samsung.com/uk/function/ipredirection/ipredirectionLocalList/ ) or visit a local Samsung Support Centre if you're able to easily get to one.
