No photo's in Camera App

Hi, 

I use the Samsung A54 5G with latest Android and updates.
I can make pictures using the Samsung Camera App
The pictures which made with the Samsung Camera App are all visible in the Gallery
but the pictures are not visible in the Samsung Camera App

Yes.... you see them in the smal icons the gallery ( down in the Samsung Camera App )
but when you tab on the smal icon in the gallery ---> you get a 'broken link' sign in the big photo above
even when you swipe from picture to picture.

I allready cleared the cache, reset the app and restarted the device.
The issue is visible using the storagelocation on the phone and  visible using storagelocation SD-card
Permissions are set in the right way.

The pictures will be in the Photos or Gallery app. The camera app only shows the last picture taken.

Are they in Google Photos?

The photo's are on the storage
( when storagelocation = phone ---> the're on the phone
   when storagelocation = SD-card ---> the're on the SD-card )

You can see them in de Android File manager and when you connect to Laptop ---> you can see them there aswell

I'm not understanding what you mean, sorry, specifically your first post. If you are asking if you can view photos through the camera app, no you can't.

After a factory reset of the device...... problem solved

Yes, you can. If you tap on the small picture at the bottom of the screen it opens the Camera folder on your device. You can swipe through them, share them, edit them - pretty much what you can in the Gallery app.

After the update to Android 14 ---> problem completely disappeared for me  ( Galaxy A54 5G )
