New app after August uppdate

Hi all,

I updated my wife's A34 with the August security update yesterday but since then there has been a notification to add new apps. The notification will not go away and cannot be deleted, if I go through to the end without adding any further apps it returns back after a couple of hours (see photos attached).

Any thoughts on how to permanently remove?

I updated my A54 before and didn't get this either.

It could be suggested apps from the carrier

We're both with Sky, it doesn't seem to be related to them. The apps being "suggested" are mostly games which we both don't play.

I give up on the photos, can't get them to show after the initial upload.
