Hello everyone! Hope the post here is not off topic, first time poster.
So i've had the A52s before and loved it, one of the features I adored was the Smart Call, to filter out telemarketers and so on.
Anyway i've changed to the A54 a few months ago, and perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me but I was sure I also had the Smart Call feature enabled here. This is, it's gone. I only noticed because I was receiving a lot of spam/telemarketing calls.
The option to activate it is just gone. I did import the phone, but it was inside europe.
Checking the CSM I don't see any issue - I live in Portugal and as you can see the SIM card matches the CSM, all good. I've also checked and the feature is still available in PT according to Samsung.
Any ideas? I am desperate to block these telemarketers for good, I even installed google's phone for the time being - but I very much prefer Samsung's.
