Try to reset the network settings on the phone by going to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > Tap Reset. Then, reconnect to the Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap the network you'd like to connect to > Enter the password, then tap Connect.
