How do I turn off the notification sound when my phone (Galaxy A7) loses mobile network signal. Every time my phone loses mobile signal, a notification pops off, I checked the "sound and vibration" menu, the "Notifications" menu, the "Connections" menu, the "App" menu and I can't find anywhere in the settings where I can turn it off.

You could try

Settings > Apps > Tap on the icon next to apps and choose Show System Apps and press Ok at the bottom > Phone Services > Notifications > > Toggle Off Alerts Or Notification Categories >  Toggle Off Alerts.
