I have a samsung galaxy a71. Earlier today I tried to go in to Google maps several times and kept closing down the window? Is this a blip? Also once when opening g my phone the screen saver was quivery. It is all ok now just wanted to know if it is normal? I will be samsung as well.

It could have been updating at the time you tried to open the maps

It would depend on how much resources were been used. As downloading and installing can eat all available resources. But once updated the phone should return to normal

If you don't use "device care" in settings make sure you do to clean and maintain your phone. Make sure apps and firmware are all up to date... make sure you're closing down background open apps too.
