Galaxy A72 Samsung Notes

When I download a document it's showing in both My Files and Samsung notes. The documents used to show only in My Files but have recently started showing in Samsung Notes where they should not be. I don't need them there. What could be the problem? Is there anybody experiencing this?

I haven't had the document show in my Samsung Notes App when I download one into Documents in MyFiles.

Can you double check all your preferences settings please
