My phone A53 5G just did a factory reset by myself.
A few days ago, a simple restart was working by itself.
And all the pictures gone into oblivion, is there any chance to get it back.
I lost 12000 pictures...

Unless you have backed up folders including your photos.
When you factory reset the phone, the phone gets wiped of all data and accounts.
So no you can't get the photos back.

Why did he do it himself?
I saw it with my own eyes.
It turned off and took a long time to turn on and I started it myself to go back to the factory reset.

Are you sure it was a factory reset? You didn't put the device in maintenance mode by mistake?

Never heard of a device factory resetting itself and if so then extremely rare.

However, a Google search indicates

damaged hardware.
corrupted memory.
system partition corrupted.
remote wipe calls of stolen phone
virus or mallware.
hacker attack to device.
sytem bug.

It's not stolen is it!? 😉

@joya86  Do you not have synchronisation with One Drive set up or any back ups?   it really is important to protect yourself.   Information on various options here https://www.androidauthority.com/best-photo-backup-apps-android-
