Extend ringtime before call forwarding on Samsung Galaxy A40

Hi Everyone, I am hard of hearing and trying to extend the ring time before call forwarding to voicemail kicks in. It is currently 15 seconds, which is hardly long enough to get my brain in gear. 

I have tried **61*101**30# (for 30 seconds) but it does not work. I get the message connection problem or invalid MMI code.

Can anyone suggest a remedy.

Hi, could you possibly try contacting Lebara directly, I'm not sure if they can help or if it's anything to do with them though. or else search how to do it via Google.

I think you need to contact your network provider and ask them to extend your ring time, they are best to advise you.

Thanks for advice. Contacted Lebara as suggested by unknownusername and keith30. Just in case anyone needs it, for Lebara on Samsung it is
**61*121*11*(seconds up to 30)# press call. Mind you it took three advisors with three different codes before it worked. All sorted so I can stop ripping my pockets apart trying to get the phone out quickly.
