Default App Notification Sound

I have the new Tab A9 and can't find how you get the default app notification sound, like on Outlook E-mail and the BBC News app. Can anyone help please?

Have a look at the post below. It is for a phone, but I am guessing that it will be the same for Tabs.

I've tried that. It's when an app has it's own individual unique sound is what I want.

If you clear the data/cache of an app it'll restore the default sound
