Call problem

I have a Galaxy A12, but it won't let me call 0300 or 0113 numbers !

Anyone know why ???

Hi @Hatshepsut.

Have you recently transferred your number from another network? If so, it can take around 48 hours for your number to be activated on your account. One way to check if the SIM card is activated is to check if you have any signal bars at the top.

Make sure that your software is up-to-date. You can check this by going to Settings > Software update > Tap on ‘Download and install’. Then, remove the SIM card and carefully wipe the gold contact on the back. Insert the SIM card back into your phone to see if that works.

Check with your network provider to see if calls to those prefixes are included in your plan or charged extra.
