At foreign countries, missed cell phone

현재 🇬🇧 인데요,

무척이나 많은 고생을 했어요.

휴대폰을 날치기당해서, 새로 휴대폰을 구입했고, sim확인 등. 새 번호를 받아야되요. 그래야 인증이 가능하니까요. 

조속히 처리해주시기를 부탁드립니다. 

영업시간이외라도 처리해 주셔야되겠어요. 

지금 여기 영국 🇬🇧 현지시간은 오전 9시42분이어요.

I'm now on overseas working.
I have had severe experiences, took too much hardships.
I have had pick-pocket in front of London Station, should had bought a new cell phone.
The Point is that I should have a new sim (get confirmation number from KT)
Till now on, KT does not answer me the appropriate and rather comfortable ways to solve my problem.
As a foreign country worker, it's not very easy to drop Korea.
KT! Would you please give me more desirable and rather easier method to solve the problem for many Korean people working overseas like me. !!!

@Crane1 your network may have put a bar on your account when your phone was stolen.

Please check with your network customer service that they have lifted any such bar ,and have allowed roaming on your account.
