Hi @Galaxy58 That message can indicate unofficial software but is not always the case. if you go to Settings-About phone-Status Information-Phone Status does it official? if so a third party app could be causing a conflict, can you start your Device in Safe Mode https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ and try Samsung Health in this Mode. if the same error does not exist would suggest issue with 3rd party apps and advisable to delete any recently installed. if still problem would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling Samsung Health.
