It keeps turning my sound off so I can't here  my calls coming and I am a taxi driver so really need it to ring ??. 

Please help ??..

Are you using a case on it that is maybe interfering with the volume button?

Have you accidentally set the Do Not Disturb mode to be on all the time?
Try and search for - Do Not Disturb - using the search function in the pull down menu
