Looking for help please regarding a A52 G5 mobile.
Really strange, there is one number from a family member who actually needs a lot of support. when she calls, when I try to answer it just cuts of, then immediately rings and cuts off again when I try to answer in the normal way, sliding the green telephone symbol. Just keeps happening but when I call the number it connects ok.
I have tried all the usual fixes, cleared cache, removed the sim and put back after cleaning, re-booting etc.
This is really worrying me because the person is 96 and really needs my back up.
