On my Device Care Care Report it says that Amazon Alexa crashes every few days. What could be causing this and is it something to be concerned about?

I wouldnt be too concerned. A couple of games have been doing that (but in the background) on my s21. And its not had any effect on the phone. So it should be the same for you

I thought that would be the case, as I've never noticed a problem with the app and I've never had any notification other than in the Care Report.
