Hearing aid support is missing from the phone, has any1 else noticed this or is my phone faulty

Hello!

Hearing aid is in:

Settings> Accesibility > Hearing enhancements > Hearing aid support

I used a53 5g, a12 and a21s and its there.

Not all the mid-range samsung phones have most of the features. If you want one that will for sure have it i would recommend the a34 and a54.

After speaking to samsung chat today, they said the a14 should have hearing aid support but for some reason its not on, so i was wondering if other people have had the same problem

@Feedy  seems your device doe snot have Hearing Aid support.   Audio services compatibility  list is here https://www.audioservice.com/en/accessories/apps/compatibility/

Amazes me how an 8 year old x5 has it but a newer a14 doesnt

Hi, I have the A53 5g and I cannot see the hearing aid support option under the Hearing enhancements menu.
Was yours a standard UK model?
