I have a few devices scales and smartwatch - the data from the scales device doesn't always sync to the Samsung Health home page.
I've contacted the scales vendor i reset the thier app no difference - the only way I found to resolve the issue is to uninstall the Samsung Health app - all seems to work OK... Does anyone know of a debug tool or have the seem issue?

Not all scales are compatible with Samsung health, have you checked they are?
I use Withings s ales and it syncs via their app
